Happy Friday!! :) Welcome to FUN FRIDAY where I reveal something about me, some personal tidbit that will allow my followers to get to know me better. I follow several blogs and I sometimes wonder who the bloggers REALLY are behind the words, so I thought it would be a cool thing to open up a bit and to reveal more about who Karen really is.
Today is more about what's going down this weekend... and that is the Color Me Rad 5K in Richmond, VA:
A friend of mine decided she really wanted to do this so a group of us are traveling up to Richmond tonight and will be completing the 5K at 9AM, woot woot! I'm planning on only walking it, I haven't been feeling too great and the fiance has a bum knee, but this is an untimed race anyway, more designed for charity and just plain fun.
For those of you who have never heard of these races, click here. Sounds like a fun time! I've got my plain white tank top ready to be demolished! Haha. I hope all of you have something just as fun planned. Enjoy the weekend! *XOXO*

Sounds great :) We have lots of races where I live too, and I've always wanted to be in one. (Though I probably would walk or bike too.) My mom volunteers at them and it seems like lots of fun.
It was fun! But gross after... the colored cornstarch doesn't like to wash off!!!
